Methasoft systems are intuitive and robust. However, you may occasionally still need a helping hand, or, in the unlikely event of a serious hardware failure, a rapid response to get issues resolved quickly.
Our Methasoft support line is staffed by trained Methasoft professionals based in Southampton, who can handle any issue you may encounter, whether it’s a simple question of how to achieve something with the system through to the handling of hardware failures.
Each call we take is given a unique ticket reference number and monitored to ensure that you are dealt with quickly and effectively. Where possible, we aim to resolve issues over the phone using our remote support tools. By using these, our support staff can see exactly what is on your screen and work with you to resolve the issue or even take control to demonstrate a resolution to an issue.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve the problem remotely, we have trained engineers located regionally throughout the UK to deal with situations that require on-site maintenance. In the event of hardware failure, each part of the system is designed to be ‘hot swappable’ to cause minimal disruption to your service.
