Here at Medilogic we have taken recommended measures to ensure we can continue to support all of our customers with the use of Methasoft, as well as keeping our team safe, during these unprecedented times. We are all set up to work remotely, so we can continue to provide a full telephone and email support service, 7 days a week, whilst preventing any unnecessary exposure to infection sources for our staff.
We will do everything possible to support you with the use of Methasoft throughout these difficult and uncertain times. One of these actions is to increase our support hours during the working week in order to provide further resource and assistance to you, our customers, at a time when you are all working tirelessly to support our healthcare system. Until further notice, our support helpline will be open from 07:00 until 18:00 Monday to Friday. During weekends and Bank Holidays, our opening hours will remain 08:30-17:30.
