Medilogic UK Ltd – COVID-19 Policy For Medilogic Personnel Attending Customer Sites, October 2020

Here at Medilogic UK Ltd, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional level of customer service and support throughout the current COVID-19 pandemic. We are aware that the need to effectively support our customers at this time is more important than ever and we have processes and procedures in place to ensure that our service remains as ‘normal’ as possible.

 

However, we are a small business and within our team we have vulnerable members of staff and vulnerable family members. We must take appropriate action to protect them from COVID-19. Therefore, we request, without exception, that the following points are agreed to and /or confirmed 24 hours prior to any site visit:

 

  1. There are NO reported current positive cases of COVID-19 within/at the customer site and there have been no new cases for the previous 14-day period.
  2. That social distancing of 2m is adhered to at all times.
  3. That all personnel involved in the Engineer/Trainer’s visit wear a face covering.

Please be aware that if our member of staff becomes aware of any situation on site that causes them concern or conflicts with the information submitted to us previous to a visit, a site visit may be aborted at any time and would be fully chargeable.

 

No site visits will be authorised unless we are in receipt of a copy of this policy signed by an authorised member of staff from the site that is requiring a visit. Thank you for your co-operation in ensuring we keep our team safe.
